P2P offers a variety of ways to sponsor this event and spread your brand or connect with clients face to face.

How?

  • Purchase Ridesharing Vouchers; participants will need help getting to/from start and finish lines with an early morning. Rides from the main conference area to the north side of the Golden Gate Bridge are estimated at $25. Rides from the Ferry Building to most area hotels will range $10-15. You can buy a block of these and allow P2P to distribute them. You will receive lead information when they get used.
  • Buy Coffee. The early bird gets the worm and there will be a lot of coffee purchased at DF21. Just think if your name is the first sip of caffeine that will be remembered by these attendees. You can purchase coffee vouchers at Peet’s Coffee and allow P2P to distribute in exchange for lead information OR show up at 7AM and buy these runners a drink. Blue Bottle Coffee is also a potential destination for face to face introductions, contact P2P for opportunities to network and host prospects here.
  • Budget for T-shirts. Everyone loves a good t-shirt and your logo could appear on the 2021 Golden Gate Kickoff Run shirt. Participants may even wear this on Day 1 of the conference! Estimates on T-shirts are being drafted up, but based upon previous attendance and sponsorship interest, you could be the Marquee Brand logo for $1,000; or a Gold Sponsor Brand logo for $350. We anticipate approximately 40 runners and printing up to 50 long sleeve shirts.
  • If a later Brunch, Lunch, or Dinner is desired to get a group of clients, friends, or colleagues together for more casual dining around a table with P2P expertise, please contact Dustin for opportunities to Host a Meal at a Ferry Building venue. Additional coordination will be required (outside of the Kickoff Run event) because most full breakfast venues open at 8 AM and our peak runner networking time will be from 7-745 AM before participants will return to hotels and then onto the conference. Ferry Building meetings in partnership with P2P may be just the perfect venue that is intimate, yet affordable, keeping you from having to rent out space in busy San Francisco.
