Sponsorship

Packages available at different levels. Your partnership will be valued by customers, runners, and participants through messaging and coordination before and after the event.

  • Ridesharing Vouchers; participants will need help getting to the starting line with an early morning Uber/Lyft. Rides from the main conference area to the north side of the Golden Gate Bridge are estimated at $50. P2P will distribute these during pre-conference coordination planning, but as a Platinum Sponsor, your name will go along with the messaging. “Your ride was provided by ______.”
  • Coffee & Pop Up Signage; The early bird gets the worm and there will be a lot of coffee purchased at DF21. Your name can be posted by the first sip of caffeine that will be remembered by these attendees. P2P will coordinate an area with Peet’s Coffee (Ferry Building) and allow your pop up signage for Platinum and Gold Sponsors to be visible as the participants end their run, network, and get ready for the day.
  • Long Sleeve T-Shirts; Your logo will appear on the 2021 Golden Gate Kickoff Run shirt. Plans are to distribute these shirts the day before the conference and finalize shirt distrubution on Day 1 of the event so your logo can be seen walking around Moscone all week! Level of sponsorship will determine the size and placement of your logo. Previous event volume had approximately 50 shirts and 40 participants.

  • PLATINUM   $1,800
    • Premier logo placement on t-shirt
    • Brand awareness email/text push notifications to individual participants
    • Pop up signage as premier sponsor of the event (table drapes or other items are possible)
    • Pre-conference coordination of your event day supplies and t-shirt pickup
    • Lead sheet distribution for 3 weeks (21- 14- and 7-days) leading up to event and post event finalization of ‘walk-in’ participant lead information
  • GOLD             $900
    • Favorable logo placement on t-shirt
    • Pop up signage placement at event
    • Pre-conference coordination of t-shirt pickup
    • Lead sheet distribution 7-days before the event and Day 1 of conference
  • SILVER           $450
    • Logo placement on t-shirt
    • SWAG/giveaways can be brought to event 
    • Attendance for you and your team members to network with leads
